Introduction
This page contains the Terms and Conditions governing your use of the Sternic Pvt. Ltd. website and its services. Please read this page carefully. By submitting the enquiry form or by hiring any resource from Sternic Pvt. Ltd. , the client agrees to accept the following terms and conditions.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you may not use this service. The entire contents of this website are the copyright of Sternic Pvt. Ltd. and should not be reproduced without permission. All rights reserved. Let us summarize the services.
Sternic Pvt. Ltd. provides individual remote workers including remote designer (“Resources”):
Services Included
Screening, hiring, contracting, and payment management of Resources.
Assignment of Resources to Customer projects.
Time log tracking and reporting support.
Software tools support, including Sternic Pvt. Ltd. Team and Sternic Pvt. Ltd. Share (“Tools”), along with initial Customer training and project assistance.
Resource assignment details, including work timings and start date, will be mutually agreed upon and confirmed via email.
Initial training support, including communication guidance and Resource onboarding assistance.
Direct collaboration between Customers and assigned Resources, with Customers being solely responsible for project execution and Work Product performance.
Resource termination support with a minimum 15 days’ notice after the Trial period ends.
Customer responsibility for providing licenses for any required third-party software not already available with Sternic Pvt. Ltd.
Customer responsibility for approved incidental expenses, mailing fees, travel expenses, and other project-related costs incurred on behalf of the Customer.
Fees & Payments
Sternic Pvt. Ltd. will email Customers with an invoice and time logs detailing hours and work done by each Resource. Any corrections to hours worked must be received in writing within three days and any adjustments will be reflected in the following invoice.d.
Sternic Pvt. Ltd. may change terms of Resource Assignment, including rates, with 60 days written notice to Customer.
Idle time of the resource(s) must be paid by the client. Sternic Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any idle time in case the client has no task to be allocated to the resource(s).
Term & Termination
Customer may terminate this Agreement at any time provided all Resource assignments have been terminated and any outstanding account balance has been paid in full.
Sternic Pvt. Ltd. may terminate this Agreement or any part of the Sternic Pvt. Ltd. services at any time in the event Customer defaults on any obligation hereunder, including non-payment of fees, and does not remedy such default within ten (10) days of notice thereof or Upon thirty (30) days written notice if Sternic Pvt. Ltd. terminates or significantly alters its product or service offering.
Effect of Termination. Sternic Pvt. Ltd. will cease charging Customer for any new Service Fees after termination of this Agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing by Sternic Pvt. Ltd. ,Customer will not receive any refund for payments already made by Customer. If termination of this Agreement is due to Customer default hereunder, Customer shall bear all costs of such termination, including any reasonable collection costs or costs that Sternic Pvt. Ltd. incurs in closing Customer account. Upon termination, Customer shall destroy any copy of the materials licensed to Customer hereunder. Customer agrees that upon termination or discontinuance for any reason, Sternic Pvt. Ltd. may delete all information related to Customer on the Sternic Pvt. Ltd. Tools, if applicable. In addition to the terms set forth herein, certain Sternic Pvt. Ltd. services may have additional terms regarding termination, which are set forth in the Resource Assignment Email.
Agreement Acceptance
By continuing to use Sternic services or submitting any inquiry through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
